My background is in running and improving a real operating business, working across e-commerce, systems, data, processes, people and technology rather than within a single specialist silo.

I am particularly interested in problems where useful information is trapped between disconnected systems, established processes have become unnecessarily complicated, or a business knows something could work better but has not yet found the right route.

I believe improvement starts with measurement. Once we can see what is actually happening, we can understand it, challenge it and design something better.
